Yu-Gi-Oh: P.O.D: Part 104Back at the white dorm, Kou is once again laying down on his bed gazing at the ceiling whilst Yu goes through his deck.
"Man, I am so stoked." Yu said, looking through his deck. "I found some sweet new cards that'll do great in my deck! Kou, you want to check them out?"
Kou looked over at Yu with his eyes, keeping his head facing the ceiling. "Hmmmmm, you really sure you wanna show the competition your strategies...?" Kou asked playfully.
Yu shrugs. "I guess you're right." Looking up at the ceiling, he takes a moment to think. "Are you counting the spots on the ceiling? Or maybe the cracks?"
Kou looked back at the ceiling. "Nah...just...thinking 'bout...things..."
Yu stared at Kou with some concern. "Come on, bro. You never take time to think o' things...what's eatin' ya?"
Kou grunted, trying to think of something to say as an excuse. "Well...pretty soon we're all gonna have to face each-other...unless..."
Yu-Gi-Oh: P.O.D: Part 103Outside Xia's room, Lena and Yu are talking, Lena closest to the door. "Yu, I don't want to leave my sister here alone, can you please go get Kou by yourself?"
Yu looks at Lena for a second. "Sure thing. You go back to Xia's side. I'll catch up." Yu takes a quick breath and runs out.
Lena looks back at her sister's room. "Sister...I know you like Kou but...why do you need him so urgently...?"
Yu arrives at the white dorm, ignoring the slight whimpering from Tacey's room he opens the door to his and Kou's room, finding Kou laid back facing the ceiling on his bed, only his shoes off. "Hey, Kou!" Yu shouts. "Get your shoes on. Xia's been screaming for ya!"
Kou sits up immediately, but isn't quick to jump to his feet. "I-Is it...I mean um...what's wrong?"
Yu looks around for Kou's shoes. "Not sure. Sounds like she had a nightmare or something. She must've been spooked real bad."
Kou almost says that he has someth
Yu-Gi-Oh: P.O.D: Part 102Kou took a card out of his pocket. "Unfortunately, this is the only plant monster I really have..." Kou handed 'Revival Rose' to Maya.
Maya looked at the card. "W-well...I guess it's a start. Y-you think my sisters have any more?"
Kou got up, looking at his watch. "Well if not, just ask around the group, maybe even buy some packs...anyway it's getting late...meaning no more tournament duels until tomorrow...anyway you best head back to your dorm for now Maya, see you soon." With that Kou walked off.
Maya walked back towards her sisters, holding the card with a bit of hesitation.
Elsewhere, Tacey continues looking for Megumi near the cliff-area. "Megumi, where are you!?" Tacey shouted, looking about. Letting out a sigh, she folded her arms. "She can't have gone that far..." She thought. After letting the silence settle, Tacey suddenly picked up the sound of light sobbing. Tacey walked in direction the sound came from. "Megumi?"
Yu-Gi-Oh: P.O.D: Part 101Nanjo drew 5 cards before folding his arms. "Why don't you go first cross-guy?"
Yuri drew his 6-card opening hand. "I guess I will, then." He said, taking a quick look at his cards. "First off, I summon Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands in attack mode!" 1400 Attack. "With his effect, I get to add a Ritual monster or a spell to my hand from my deck, and I choose Ritual of Grace! Next up, I play the spell card known as Samsara. With this, any monster I use as ritual material returns to my deck, rather than lay to rest in my grave. I place one card face-down and end my turn."
Nanjo drew his sixth card. "Return to the deck huh...well with such a little monster and no real backrow time to show you what Heiratics can REALLY do!" Nanjo looked at his hand. "First off, since you have a monster and I don't, let's bring Hieratic Dragon of Tefnuit to the field!" 2100 Attack. "Then tribute him to special summon Su from my hand!" 2200 Attack. "And thanks to Nuit's effect, whe
Yu-Gi-Oh: P.O.D: Part 100At the Academia card store, Tacey leaves while opening a few packs. "Let's see...hmm...Constellar Sombres. I guess Seb could use it." Tacey thought, examining each card one by one. "Gishki Vision...no. Laval Volcano Handmaiden...not really. What else...huh?" Tacey examined the card she paused on. "What's this? Gusto Sphreez...that's an odd name...wait. She's...a Psychic?"
Tacey didn't have long to read the card however as Nanjo's voice ran through her ears. "OI! TACEY-SENPAI!!!"
Tacey almost dropped all her cards when Nanjo came in screaming. "Whoa! Jeez, Nanjo! You scared me."
Nanjo tried to catch his breath, stopping in front of Tacey. "Meh...Megumi...Megumi-senpai she...she..."
Tacey put the cards in her pocket. "Hey, catch your breath and slow down. What happened to Megumi?"
Nanjo finally caught his breath. "She...she lost to Ji-Xi, Ran..."
Tacey looked surprised. "Huh? How did that happen?"
Yu-Gi-Oh: P.O.D: Part 99Megumi got up, placing her deck in her duel disk. "...stay here, if Naruki-kun gets up, I'm sure he'll know what to tell you..." Megumi walked to the door, then looked back at Tacey with a smile. "After all, it's Naruki-kun."
Tacey let out a sigh. "Yeah, it's Naruki, alright..." She said, not sounding completely convinced.
Megumi opened the door and followed Nanjo down the stairs. "Alright...time to get this headache-inducing girl out of the way."
Tacey looked back at her deck. "With all this...I'm wondering if a Psychic deck is what I should really be using." She asked herself, unable to keep on looking at it.
"What's the matter Tacey-chan...?" Kou asked cheerfully as heturned his head to her, his eyes barely open. "Not liking the way I suggested you play your Psychics?"
Tacey looked back at Kou, surprised by what he said. "Y-you...since when were you awake?"
